We started this whole thing over twelve years ago because we believed in building something that felt genuine. That philosophy hasn't changed. When you reach out to us, you're not talking to a chatbot or a ticketing system. You're talking to the people who actually run this place. Sarah handles vendor applications, Marcus takes care of printing orders, and Elena runs our partnerships desk. They know your name because they're the ones replying to you.

If you're looking to become a vendor, we'd recommend filling out the application form on our Vendors page first. But if you've got specific questions before you apply, just email us directly. During event weekends, our on-site hotline at (718) 555-9876 is your best bet for immediate help.
Head to our Vendors page and fill out the application form. We ask for basic info about your products, some photos of your work, and your availability. We review every application personally and usually get back to you within a week. If approved, we'll walk you through the booth setup process and everything else you need to know before your first market day.

Elena, our partnerships coordinator, will set up a call to discuss what makes sense for your brand. We work with everyone from small local shops to larger corporate sponsors, and we customize every arrangement.
Absolutely. You can call us directly or email your specs to [email protected]. For custom orders, we usually need 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Marcus from our printing team can walk you through material options, pricing, and turnaround times — just give him a ring.
We genuinely want to hear from you — good and bad. You can email [email protected] or fill out the form on our Contact page. We also have suggestion boxes at the info booth during every market day. Every piece of feedback goes directly to our management team, and we take it seriously. In fact, a lot of the changes we've made over the years came straight from community suggestions.
Our administrative office is located near Brooklyn Bridge Park at Pier 6, Brooklyn, NY 11201. While we're primarily a field team (you'll usually find us out at the market), you're welcome to stop by during business hours. We'd recommend calling ahead so we can make sure the right person is available to meet with you.
Our main market runs every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM, April through October. Saturdays tend to be busier, so if you prefer a more relaxed vibe, Sunday mornings are your best bet. During winter, we host special holiday markets and indoor events — check our Events page or follow us on social media for the full schedule.
