By using Brooklyn Craft Central's services — whether browsing our site, attending events, vending with us, or placing printing orders — you agree to these Terms of Service. We've written them to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to use our services. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

For vendors: You retain ownership of your intellectual property, but grant us limited rights to display your work for promotional purposes. 1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using Brooklyn Craft Central's website, mobile applications, events, marketplace, or printing services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, vendors, and partners.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities: To access certain features, you may create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain its accuracy. You're responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining password confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, inactivity, or at our discretion with notice.
3. Vendor & Marketplace Terms: Vendors agree to: (a) provide accurate product descriptions and images; (b) comply with all applicable laws (safety, labeling, taxes); (c) handle customer service for their products; (d) maintain appropriate insurance. Brooklyn Craft Central facilitates transactions but isn't a party to buyer-seller agreements. We may remove listings or suspend vendors for policy violations.
4. Printing Services Terms: Orders are subject to: (a) our current pricing and production timelines; (b) material availability and quality review; (c) your approval of proofs before production. We offer one round of minor revisions within 48 hours of proof approval. Final sales apply to custom orders. We guarantee workmanship but aren't liable for delays due to force majeure or client-provided file errors.
